  • To complete this step of the registration process, you will need a       Social Security Card must be presented.  Driver’s License, or Passport.
  • You can make an appointment to pick up the required Service Provider Input document form at the GMAC offices listed on website. 
  • All fingerprinting and background checks will take place in downtown Miami,  addresses listed below.
  • Please note that the Service Provider Input Document form costs $10 paid at GMAC offices, and fingerprinting requires a money order for $83.50
  • Payable to: School Board Miami-Dade Fingerprinting.
